Credit Controller

FRS are recruiting a Credit Controller for a reputable business based on the outskirts of Tamworth. You will be joining a small Finance/HR team and working in a busy office and have the ability to manager your own workload. Core Duties & Responsibilities Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, to include strong written and verbal communication, both internally and externally to the Company Possesses excellent telephone manner Has the ability to remain calm under pressure Has a methodical approach to work, and is able to prioritise their workload Has a systematic approach to problem solving Possesses relevant legal experience and knowledge, including knowledge of the effects of different courses of actions available to deal with delinquent customer accounts Proactively seeks to improve systems, and is able to bring forward ideas for improvement of the credit control systems Demonstrates a flexible approach to their work, and shows willing to assist in covering for colleagues as required Suitable candidates will have/be Previous credit control experience in the automotive industry Proven track record of developing and maintaining effective credit control systems Is in possession of recognised professional credit control qualifications Possesses relevant legal qualifications at any level Proven track record of customer account query maintenance & resolution
