Residential Support Worker roles in Colchester and surrounds Your new company Hays Social Care are currently recruiting for a number of Support Worker positions based within residential children's and adults settings within Colchester and the surrounding areas Your new role As a Support Worker working for Hays Social Care you will support young people and adult service users who have complex needs such as, Challenging Behaviours, Mental Health Difficulties, Autism and Learning Difficulties. What you'll need to succeed The shift times which Hays Social Care can provide are widely flexible but normally our clients require long day shifts with the possibility of a paid sleep in. Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a similar role.
