Office Assistant Your new company Hays are recruiting for an Office Administrator to work in the Construction industry. This role is a permanent position and is in Manchester City Centre. The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £18,000 and is an immediate start. Your new role Front of house for the office, which will involve meeting and greeting clients General administration tasks Sending and replying to a high volume of emails Data entry onto Excel spreadsheets as the candidate will be dealing with a lot of information which they must accurately process General housekeeping duties around the office Being the first contact for all incoming phone calls You will look after the director's diary and ensure that you keep very organised Attend meetings and be on hand to take minutes What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in an office environment Excellent IT skills are vital, specifically strong using Excel and Word Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written Must be very organised and able to handle competing responsibilities Must be a team player that is always on hand to assist Must answer all calls and emails in a friendly and helpful manor Helping in the arranging of events and the clean up afterwards What you'll get in return This role is a permanent position paying £18,000 What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
