Overview
THE COMPANY BI WORLDWIDE implements and builds performance improvement, employee -engagement and incentive-based reward platforms for a range of blue-chip clients around the world. The web-based platforms we build and provide, assist our broad range of clients to engage and motivate their employees THE ROLE : Working within the Technology Services Group, this role requires the successful applicant to manage client data and data processes that support the delivery of client projects. You will also be responsible for working collaboratively with the Data Services Team, Client Services Team and Technology Solutions Group. You will support the improvement of existing processes and the creation of new processes to improve accuracy and efficiency, while processing high volumes of time-sensitive data for our clients’ programmes. Principal Responsibilities: · Data processing to include data manipulation, formatting and importing . · Supporting manual and automated imports of data into programme database(s). · Supporting and maintaining data schedules. · Campaign set up and configuration. · Support in the analysis of programme data and creation of website statistics . · Identification and rectification of bugs and import errors. · To be hands-on in the delivery of multiple client projects through importing and verification of client data. ABOUT YOU It goes without saying that you will be comfortable with large volumes of data and that you enjoy working in a technical environment. In terms of your skills and experience, we’ll want you to have most of the following: · Proven ability to work with large volumes of data to include accurate data manipulation and exporting and importing data into databases. · Experience of meeting tight deadlines and working on multiple projects at any one time. · Experience in working in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to work methodically and accurately with strong attention to detail. · Excellent IT literacy, including extensive previous use of MS Excel and Access Data Service Executives enjoy working as part of a close-knit team within the wider IT department.
