Overview

Front End Developer/ UX Designer required with a combination of the following Front End skills; CSS JQuery Javascript, Google Suite, VWO, UX design, A/B Testing etc to design and build tests using a variety of optimisation tools like VWO and optimise. This opportunity would suite a Front End Developer with UX exposure who can work with a designer to design and build test hypothesis with users for a number of partners. This is an integral role that would be ideal for someone who loves making change, testing new ideas and improving the experience for customers Responsibilities You will work with designers, analysts and product people to come up with new and innovative ideas for partners to A/B test with users. This could be anything from full area redesigns to small component test and builds. The main driver is to understand more about different users and their behaviours and where to enhance the customer journey. We're looking for someone who relishes the opportunity to innovate and experiment, you won't be afraid to take ownership and push new ideas forward to improve the experience for customers.
