Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing commercial real estate organisation based in Leeds city centre, are looking for a Financial Analyst to join their busy service charge team. Working alongside the Service Charge Consultants you will assist in the management of all clients' service charges. What you'll need to succeed as Financial Analyst: The ability to interpret and analyse data Professional and confident approach when liaising with clients High levels of accuracy and a keen eye for detail Strong IT and software skills across Excel and Word The ability to negotiate effectively and present a professional argument/case as required As a Financial Analyst, you must be able to handle a variety of duties to provide the most effective outcomes for your clients. You will be identifying line by line analysis of figures, noting any trends and variances. You'll undertake benchmarking analysis as well as ensuring costs are in line with best practice and reasonable. A large element of your role will involve review and analysis of service charge lease terms so excellent attention to detail is key. Within this role as Financial Analyst you will join a small, specialised team who form part of the wider Leeds office.
