Digital Architect, Luxury Goods client in Bicester, Oxfordshire

My client is a renowned and respected leader in the Luxury Goods sector and currently looking for an experienced Digital Architect to join their global IT function from their Bicester, Oxfordshire HQ. This exciting new role is responsible for developing and maintaining the technical architecture roadmap across all digital channels working with business leaders to deliver a world class solution for their millions of customers. The role will offer a great deal of autonomy and be directly responsible for the continuous improvement of digital technology, tools and processes as well as working with other leadership colleagues to develop and maintain architectural roadmaps for the web, mobile, kiosks, and other digital channels. The Digital Architect will working extensively with third party suppliers including offshore development teams, drive technical innovation across the digital architecture and be responsible for identifying, assessing and recommending resolutions for technical or operational risks across the digital channels architecture. To be considered for this new role you will be a well experienced architect who can offer a wealth of knowledge in defining and delivering world class architecture and experience building API's, defining architecture models or exposure to migrations to public cloud service will be a distinct advantage. You will have strong experience of working in Agile environment as well as multichannel architectures and business operations.
