Overview

The Role: My client within the leisure/retail sector is currently looking for an experienced immediately available Interim Senior Digital Content Manager to report into the Marketing Director for an ongoing temporary assignment. You will be responsible for driving customer loyalty, retention and acquisition online to increase traffic through the delivery of customer communications. This is a pivotal role making sure that customers are at the heart of the business. Working cross functionally the ideal candidate will have l uxury Fashion, multi brand experience and be able to commute to Bicester. Key responsibilities: Work with central digital, local marketing teams to integrate advertising and PR across all platforms Deliver editorial content strategy across key customer touch channels Develop digital editorial content to support key promotions and seasonal campaigns Content marketing creation Measure and track user engagement The Candidate: You will have extensive digital content experience which has been gained in a luxury/high-end environment. This experience will be within high-end hospitality, retail, fashion, destination, travel industries where the customer reach is global. You must be proactive, flexible, self-motivated and have experience of creating compelling messages for different target demographics and personas. Experience with web analytics, statistical and A/B testing is required and also experience working with Google Analytics.
