PE Global Healthcare is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join the Compliance Team. As a medical recruitment agency, they work closely with Healthcare Professionals to help them find their next suitable role. The new Senior Compliance Officer will be helping to ensure candidates are fully compliant with the LPP and HTE framework. Areas of Responsibility Provide support, guidance and expertise to all candidates to ensure a seamless compliance process Ensure accuracy and currency of records, both paper and electronic systems and all databases Organising and booking training courses General administration duties including emailing, filing and scanning Ensure the company database is updated accurately Completing and verifying background checks e.g. references, qualifications, criminal records, etc Provide best practice Compliance support via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings with candidates Complete regular data cleaning exercises and manage candidate pipelines Ensure compliance with employment law, data protection guidelines and corporate policy Ideal candidate: - Organise own time and resources effectively and use initiative - Enthusiastic to learn - Takes direction well, and applies own initiative - Methodical minded and attention to detail - Prioritising and time management ability - Ability to liaise effectively with a variety of internal and external networks - Self-motivation and the ability to be flexible to change - Team Player Although it is not possible for us to respond to all applications, we at PE Global will do our upmost to give you feedback on your application.
