Essentials Skills Exceptional customer service skills Experience working on a service desk On-site and remote support Methodical approach to problem-solving Active Directory Administration Office 365 Administration Desirable Skills Experience working within an ITIL framework Microsoft Certifications Microsoft Azure AD Administration Knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016 & 2019 Salary up to £22,000 dependent on experience 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday, due to the nature of the job some work at weekends and outside of normal hours may be required.
