Operations Manager / Property Manager - Birmingham – Up to £40k Discretionary Bonus Are you an experienced Senior Property Manager / Operations Manager familiar with Build to Rent Blocks (B2R) / Estates? Having won the management of a newly built, build to rent site in Birmingham they now require a competent Senior Property Manager / Operations Manager to oversee the site in its entirety undertaking the full range of Property Management / Operations Management duties including: Building and Apartment Management Letting and Marketing (Alongside the Portfolio Manager) H&S Requirements are met Team Management (Lettings and Management) Site Performance Management Customer Service / Maintaining Key Relationships Any other ad-hoc building matters as they arise The suitable Senior Property Manager / Operations Manager may come from a Lettings / Estates OR Hospitality background with a strong service mentality and stable career history. Salary for the successful Property Manager / Operations Manager will range from £35k - £40k to start with annual (discretionary) bonus and corporate benefits package.
