French speaking EA to CEO - West End

Bilingual French speaking EA required to CEO of global international business. Seeking a French speaking PA with passion and commitment to drive this international recruitment company forward. EA required with ideally at least 5 years plus Senior EA experience. The role is very busy and involved and will include both private and business support at top level. Key responsibilities will include managing his back to back diary, monthly and quarterly board meetings and business agendas as well as international travel across different time zones. The role will also include overseas travel to international offices. Experience within legal administrative is also a real plus within the role to assist with translations and legal documents. With advanced IT skills, you will prepare power point presentations for events and have a creative flair. You will organise and manage all his business and personal appointment as well as all company-wide events including the Christmas and summer party as well as managing all aspects relating to his household, car and sporting fixtures. Responsibilities will include managing all Facilites within the office, including Health and Safety, GDPR compliance and day to day management of the Graduate coordinators. This role sits within the Senior Executive team and you will work closely with the HR Director as well and assist with internal recruitment, HR and manage all expenses.
