Office Administrator: A lively, professional environment seeks a poised and polished communicator to undertake all team office administrator duties. The role is varied and no two days are the same There are deadlines and new priorities every day for the team - your role is to ensure the office administration is running smoothly and to assist across a variety of tasks and duties. Tasks: ensure compliance, policy and procedures are being met (ie follow up on paperwork). meet and greet visitors, answer telephone queries, relay accurate messages. assist Associates within the team with their projects and presentations be the 'go to' person within the office for guidance on compliance assist with invoices oversee advertising and work to advertising deadlines with the team support associates with client queries/follow up diary management prepare papers for meetings if required SKILLS: Advanced MS WORD 360 Some Excel and some PowerPoint (ideal) Apply asap to get an interview next week.
