We have a great opportunity for someone to join the JG team as an Office Coordinator. This is a busy and varied role working with a fantastic team where duties will include: • Updating and maintaining the website • Writing job adverts • Meeting and greeting visitors • Acting as first point of contact for IT issues • Managing stationery and office supplies • Organising both internal and external events • Ad hoc support of the consultants • PA support to the MD • Resourcing using various platforms The ideal candidate for this will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication and organisational skills and be happy multi-tasking and switching between duties.
