An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a well-presented professional French speaker to be involved in a prestigious tourism firm with offices worldwide You will be based in their London office providing seamless administrative support to the Managing Director and managing budgets as well as account management. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a French speaker with previous experience as an Executive Assistant dealing with high volume of administrative tasks. Due to the complexity of the role, you will be able to multitask, prioritise, organise and handle complex processes. Your responsibility will include: Responsible for a wide range of administrative duties Managing diary, co-ordinating detailed travel itineraries, transportation for the Managing Director Addressing all incoming enquiries and general correspondence Dealing with the accountancy of the office, preparing expense sheets, bank account, assisting with document for the finance department Liaising with various stakeholders and third parties to schedule meetings About you: You must possess a solid secretarial/PA background and speak French to native level as you will be interacting in French on a daily basis with clients and colleagues across all levels of the business. This vacancy would be suitable for an individual with a proven ability to respond effectively to a diverse range of needs in a fast paced and demanding environment.
