Overview

Front of House Receptionist for leading boutique finance company in the heart of Mayfair. Our client is looking for a polished and service focused Receptionist to join their fast paced and highly successful London office and really make this role their own. Duties will include classic front of house duties meeting and greeting and answering calls, managing the busy meeting room schedule, assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks and projects in addition to providing ad hoc support to the PAs at busy times. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar Receptionist role working in a fast paced and corporate environment. You should be passionate about delivering first class service at all times and enjoy working independently on your own initiative. Excellent communication skills and polished presentation are imperative teamed with a warm and positive personality. Confidence with MS Office preferred.
