Position: x2 Centre Managers Salary: £38K Location: City & West End Duties include but not limited to: Building walkarounds, being the go-to communication for the Service Assistants for any issues etc. Facilities management and making note of any maintenance issues etc. Being the first point of contact for any clients within your building, resolving any issues. Being to go-to individual for showing guests around your building, engaging and building strong relationships with them. Health & Safety Recruitment and training, providing the relevant training for your team. Assisting with all clients with their IT & telephones when needed. Preparing the office for client move-ins. Billing understand the billing system and cycle, help generate invoices and send them to the correct clients. Attending company events and being the go-to. All other office/building management duties. Our client is looking for a safe pair of hands, a trusted, hardworking and reliable candidate with excellent customer service experience. Solid experience working as an Office Manager Excellent levels of customer service experience front facing. Hardworking, proactive and positive working attitude. Excellent communication skills both telephone and face to face. Excellent levels of presentation.
