PA to MD Bournemouth 28k – 30k Working for a Property Branding and Marketing company, this role is supporting the MD. You will be working in an exciting, demanding fast paced environment and need to be highly organised. As part of a fast-growing company, the Personal Assistant will be interacting with employees from levels across the company and wider Group and navigate many ad hoc demands If you classify yourself as a real people-person who is happy to go above and beyond the call of duty in everything you do, and you are someone who enjoys managing expectations and problem-solving then please apply. THE ROLE: You will be responsible for ensuring that all requests are actioned in a manner that prioritizes the important rather than just saying “yes” You will be meeting face to face and communicating regularly by email to senior business leaders and clients both internally and externally Assist with the preparation of meetings for the Regional MD, ensuring that she has relevant information ahead of time including the creation of board packs and minute taking at senior meetings. You will manage and be personally responsible for making travel arrangements for the Regional MD. This will include filing any relevant expenses. Supporting Regional MD and our People Partner Function with Admin related Prepare presentations, documents, and other correspondence so knowledge of standard industry packages such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint is essential. SKILLS: Experience of diary management is essential. Flexibility and adaptability are key in this fast-moving role. Ability to remain professional and courteous when dealing with all staff and clients. Excellent attention to detail with an engaging and professional communication style. Confidentiality is an absolute must in this role and you will appreciate the need for discretion at all times. Proactive – your role is to find opportunities to make the Regional MD’s working life easier. Excellent Problem solver – you are able to work independently to solve problems to the benefit of the Regional MD and where appropriate the business. Ability to multi-task is important, there will be many balls to juggle and you will need to ensure that you do not let any drop. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized with a good sense of humor and written communication style.
