Overview

Growing business services business based in Manchester City Centre is seeking an Accounts Assistant Reporting to the Head of Finance this is an excellent role for someone looking for a growing, developing and forward thinking business. Duties of the role will include: Covering all aspects of the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger. This includes producing complex invoices for large clients on a regular and adhoc basis Dealing with all queries both internally and externally in connection to the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control Cash Allocation Handling copy invoices Assisting with the Trial Balance and Bank Reconciliations Working with a high volume of invoices, therefore being accurate and working to tight deadlines Assisting in other areas of finance when needed such as Credit Control and Purchase Ledger The right candidate for this role will have at least 6-12 month experience in the above. You will also have experience of working with Excel and a High Volume of invoices. You will be looking for a role that will offer progression and development as the business grows.
