Great job at this new and fast growing company as the Finance Manager Your new company A newly established company as part of a group of successful and growing companies in the engineering and marine industry looking to bring on a Finance Manager to work alongside the FD and MD to grow and develop the team. Your new role You will work closely with the Finance Director and support them in relation to month end and year end reporting, work alongside the MD to develop the WIP, cost management and project accounting required to grow this company from start up to fully standalone company. You will have a direct report who you will develop and manage. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience from Engineering and Marine back ground, cost and project accounting experience is essential. Willingness to help out in all areas is vital at the beginning of this companies growth. Happy to role up your sleeves and muck in.
