Recruitment Consultant Here at Pro-Recruitment Group we are serious about empowering our Recruitment Consultants to be successful and happy as well as supporting their career progression and development. We recruit into the very lucrative Professional Services market and have established ourselves and one of the industry leaders. We have been in this space for 12 years, and we know exactly how it works. We have grown significantly as a business and have recently moved to a brand-new office in St Paul's to further support our growth plans. We have great leadership in place to support, develop and challenge you, we are now looking for great people to join us on our journey. We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants across our Tax, Finance, Legal, HR and Marketing divisions to develop and build on our existing accounts. What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant? You will need to build key relationships with both new and existing clients across the Tax, Legal, Finance, HR or Marketing sectors, account managing, sourcing both active and passive candidates and managing the full recruitment process from end to end. What are we looking for in a Recruitment Consultant? You will be results-oriented, with strong entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to manage talent pools of both passive and active candidates. When it comes to managing the recruitment process this is where you excel. You will need to have experience for managing multiple vacancies, proficient in taking client briefings and identifying the best candidates for each vacancy.
