Due to the continued success and growth of the business are seeking to recruit a Global Helpdesk Technician responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service and support for dedicated accounts will act as first line technical triage so must have technical AV knowledge Working shifts Monday- Friday covering 24 x 5 x 365 "1st Class Customer Service 24 x 5 x 365" The Role: Provide 1st line support for fault diagnosis and fix where possible Collating fault triage for higher line technical support where initial fix cannot be obtained Analysing AV schematics for troubleshooting Investigate reported faults assess and advisewith service engineers and team to follow up Firmware/Software upgrades as rerquired Assisting engineers on site and engineer site call outs when limited engineer availability requires extra on site support Management and ownership of cases throughout their lifecycle and through to completion. Case diagnosis and first line qualification of issues before call out Will have experience of AV/VC technology CRM systems SAP and incident based ticketing systems Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
