Wealth Adviser / Financial Adviser Location: Taunton Minimum Requirements: Level 4 Diploma and 2 years CF30 adviser experience Un-Capped Earnings Benefits: OTE: £100K in 1st year YOUR NEW COMPANY This is an award-winning UK Wealth Management Business which has rapidly grown into a national business, offering wealth management services to mass affluent and HNW individuals. The business has won numerous awards and is widely recognised as a leading Financial Planning business in the UK. The company has grown significantly with AUM increasing year on year. Growth to date has been driven because of the first class service they provide to their clients and the fantastic network of investors across the UK. THE ROLE The business is looking for Diploma Level 4 Qualified Financial Advisers / IFA's / Wealth Advisers with minimum 2 years experience in a CF30 UK Financial Adviser role. Financial Adviser role Active clients to work with Dealing with clients in the UK 95% conversion rate to new business Ability to earn £100k in 1st year Existing Advisers already earning between £150k-£200k P/A All paraplanning and admin support provided REQUIREMENTS You will need to meet the below minimum requirements for this role: Level 4 Diploma Qualified in Financial Planning and progressing to Chartered Experience as an IFA, Financial Adviser, CF30 Regulated Adviser 2 years minimum experience in a CF30 role Proven track record of success and achievement Good knowledge around investments and pension is an advantage Good compliance track record Good admin/diary management REMUNERATION / PACKAGE Market leading basic salary depending up on experience Un-capped bonus, first year earnings likely to be £100,000 Company pension Holiday Death in service Mileage allowance Next steps: If you are happy to apply for this position, please click on the Apply button and attach an updated copy of your CV.
