The Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Supplier Performance professional to join the Electronic & Electrical procurement and Supply Chain team. Working in an international context, the successful candidate will bring their experience and knowledge to ensure effective Supplier Performance management in the Electronic and Electrical domain. The team works across the MBDA group in a changing environment, managing and implementing both mature and new technologies. What are we looking for? Ideally a degree calibre Supply Chain professional with experience of working in an international environment in high technologies companies. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated their ability to improve Supplier Performance using appropriate tools and methodologies supported by excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proven ability to: Influence multi-functionally, multi-nationally and at all levels within the organisation Implement changes when collaborating with internal stakeholders and Suppliers Develop and implement root cause analysis and improvement plan with Suppliers Ideally experienced in managing and influencing a team Good understanding of electronic and electrical manufacturing technologies . The Role To manage a team of 3 Supplier Performance Managers and to act as a Supplier Performance Manager (for some key Suppliers) within the Electronic and Electrical Domain. To undertake supplier capability assessment, Supplier Performance monitoring (OTD, OQD) in production, Late deliveries and Non-conformances root cause analysis, Performance Improvement plan, supplier industrial risks analysis and mitigation plan with the purpose of achieving the supply chain performance objectives (on Time, on Cost, on Quality) Working as a business partner with your internal stakeholders to improve business outcomes Managing Suppliers Industrial Performance to support the MBDA production plan, Developing supplier relation to deliver best in class suppliers to the business Intelligently developing and deploying a range of Supplier Performance management tools and process in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
