Overview
At Adapt Recruit, we are currently looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals for a Residential Home based in Braintree area. We are looking for people for full time or part time permanent waking night support positions. The role is to provide support to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. Requirements: Genuine interest in working within a caring environment Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Team player Willingness to participate in training programmes Satisfactory pre employment checks Main Responsibilities: Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting clients when required with personal care and all other aspects of daily living assist clients in all aspects of their care needs provide attention when needed whilst ensuring clients train their comfort and dignity closely monitor clients who may be confused and / or who have behavioural difficulties assist in the promotion of confidence ensure full privacy and dignity of clients is maintained at all time, in line with companies policies and procedures Clean and maintain equipment used by clients
