Your new role You will be required to carry out property surveys, staff appraisals, ordering materials, taking delivery of materials, budgets, cost efficiencies, compliance, health & safety, risk assessments, method statements, working to deadlines and targets. Responsible for team recruitment, inductions, training, job performance, promotions, disciplinary actions, looking after team well-being and making sure the Associations ethical approach to business is adhered. Complete running of existing Site. What you'll need to succeed Minimum 5 years experience working on Civils projects as well as Multi-storey project experience. Must have relevant CSCS Site Management qualifications with a strong focus on people management.
