Architectural Technician, Leeds city centre, revit desirable, job running exp essential. Your new company A small but growing practice in Leeds city centre that work on some large scale fantastic projects for their size require and Architectural Technician to join their team. With experience delivering projects across multiple sectors and an excellent city centre location make this practice an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in the city centre. Your new role In your new job you will get the opportunity to work across both the residential and commercial projects undertaken by the team. The company use both revit and autoCAD although revit experience would be preferable it is not essential for this position. You will however need to be confident in a client facing role and be able to produce technical detailing packages to a high standard. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will need to be adaptable and able to work under pressure. One week you could be working on a 300 unit residential master plan and the next you could be working on detailing packages for a mixed use commercial project. What you'll get in return With the practice due to be moving into a new office shortly you will have the opportunity to be part of a growing practice, taking the company forward as they continue to develop. You will get a competitive salary of up to £36,000 depending on your experience in the industry. The company generally finish early on a Friday and offer a flexible working environment for all staff.
