Maintenance Electrician

Maintenance Electrician required, based in Accrington - long term temporary vacancy Your new company You will be working for a successful M&E contractor as an Electrician covering sites across the East Lancashire area within a local Social Housing Association. Your new role As a Maintenance Electrician you will be basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment within both tenanted and void properties. Completing preventative maintenance, planned, reactive and day to day repairs. You will be maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are calibrated. You will provide a great service to all accounts, tenants and sites you are assigned to. What you'll need to succeed You must be a qualified Electrician, with ideally your 18th edition and your C&G2391 inspection and testing. You must be extremely health and safety conscious due to the nature of the work and be able to work in various environments, tailoring your attitude and consistently remaining calm. You must be able to provide 2 ex-employer reference details which will be obtained by myself. You must be able to drive, have your own van and hold a CSCS card. What you'll get in return For this role, you will be paid £17.18 - £18.37 per hour working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This will be paid to your chosen account every Friday through submitting a time sheet on the online Hays portal. This vacancy is a long term and ongoing temporary role based in East Lancashire.
