Freelance Site Manager 18 Months in Nottingham New build apartments Your new company Our client is a commercial main contractor. They have a flagship project in Nottingham - a £20 million new build luxury apartments project. February start for 18 months Your new role You will act as site manager, reporting to a Number 1 Project Manager. You will oversee all construction activities "on site" This will include all the internal works until full completion. You will also work alongside an assistant site manager. What you'll need to succeed A strong background within commercial main contracting - with multi storey apartment experience. SMSTS First Aid CSCS A strong work ethic, and a team player. An excellent eye for detail and quality.
