O&M Manual Coordinator Derby Live Manufacturing construction project Temp to Perm opportunity £10 Million "Live Manufacturing Project" - DERBY Your new company Our client is a large National Main Contractor. Based in Derby, they have multiple projects with a large blue chip client. Ongoing work Industrial buildings - £50K to £10 million Your new role Managing project O&M Manuals: liaising with internal and external teams to ensure O&M Manuals are correctly produced, filed and recorded Ensuring the overall quality of the documentation is formatted in line with approved templates Update internal & external reporting systems Reviewing the technical relevance and logic of the manuals produced Liaise with Principle Designer to complete Project Health & Safety File Communication externally with the supply chain on the progress Communication internal with delivery Managers to ensure the files are completed on time Ability to work with limited supervision, manage own time and work to deadlines Ability to work with limited supervision, manage own time and work to deadlines Managing project O&M Manuals: liaising with internal and external teams to ensure O&M Manuals are correctly produced, filed and recorded Ensuring the overall quality of the documentation is formatted in line with approved templates Reviewing the technical relevance and logic of the manuals produced Liaise with Principle Designer to complete Project Health & Safety File Communication externally with the supply chain on the progress Communication internal with delivery Managers to ensure the files are completed on time Ability to work with limited supervision, manage own time and work to deadlines Update internal & external reporting systems Ability to work with limited supervision, manage own time and work to deadlines What you'll need to succeed Experience planning projects with MS Projects.
