Job title- Rail Operational Telecommunications Tester (UK Wide)Job type- Permanent/Possibly contract Salary negotiableLocation- UK WideA Railway Telecoms contractor is seeking Railway experienced Telecoms Testers with operational railway communications testing experience. To be considered for these positions you will have extensive railway telecommunications experience encompassing at least 2 or more of the following systems/equipment; FTN, FTN-X, Keymile, Alcatel, Transmission Systems, Concentrator renewals (Hipath, Hawke, Northgate), Switches and Routers, Network cards configuration etc.In this role you will need to be competent in the production and completion of test documentation and strategy, testing of systems on site, completing ITPs, SAT and FAT testing. You will be willing to work throughout the UK due to the nature of working within a railway projects environments.Experience of working as a Telecoms TIC would be beneficial but not essential.This position is also UK Wide, you must be willing to travel. A Van and fuel card will be supplied.
