Overview
Architectural Designer job, Essex, Up to £35000, Permanent Job Your new company You will be working for a friendly, professional practice located in North of Chelmsford. With unique bespoke projects ranging in size and excellent contracts coming through this practice is looking for an Architectural Designer to assist them with new projects. Your new role You will be focusing on projects through RIBA stages 1-3 mainly focusing on design. You will work alongside the Director and the other architectural staff to produce excellent designs that are feasible for bespoke projects across the UK. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role you will have had at least 3 years experience as a Designer or equivalent in a UK architectural practice. You will need to have good understanding of RIBA stages 1-3 ,understand planning packs and be able to create concepts that are feasible. A UK driving licence would be required due to the location of the practice. This role would be ideal with a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a recently qualified Part 3.
