Quantity Surveyor opportunity in Cambridgeshire Your new company Your new company are a reputable developer with a great reputation. You will be a member of the small works department and will be estimating tenders up to 1.5 million. Your new role They are currently seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team to support new developments in Cambridgeshire and Essex that are starting in the next few months. Candidates need to be suitably qualified with previous residential experience. What you'll need to succeed Degree in Quantity Surveying or HND/HNC in construction Managing and collating all information in a methodical approach in accordance with bids and tenders. Cost planning from information both internally and from external sources. Negotiating costings and budgets across clients, subcontractors and external consultants. Submission of competitive tenders and subsequent procurement of work for the business. Attending pre and post tender meetings as required. Full clean driving license.
