Maintenance Electrician required for a local social housing association, £17.01 per hour Your new company Based in Preston, you will be working for a local and highly established social housing association. This is a non-for-profit business that has been created to meet the needs of the local people. This organisation takes pride in helping to create a friendly community within the local areas and own over 5000 houses. Your new role This highly reputable organisation is looking to recruit for a Maintenance Electrician on a long term temporary basis, with the potential to turn permanent. Within this role, you will be working within both tenanted and void properties across the Preston and Blackpool areas. You will undertake planned and reactive maintenance along with all aspects of installation. You will also be able to spot any problems that need to be resolved and Promote a strong behavioural based safety culture . What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified electrician and hold 18th edition, CSCS card and other relevant qualifications. You will have experience of working within maintenance and will be able to provide 2 reference details to be obtained. You will be able to tailor yourself to each situation, be friendly and respectful as you will be working within tenanted properties. You must hold a full UK driving licence. What you'll get in return This role is an ongoing temporary assignment, based within Preston. Working Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, £17.01 per hour. You will be paid every Friday through submitting your time sheet online.
