Overview
Your new company Your new company is a Real Estate company that is part of a larger UK investment organisation with offices in both Manchester and London. You will be based in the gorgeous Manchester office, a stones throw from Deansgate where you can easily pop out on lunch or for entertainment after work. This location also has the benefit of being within minutes walking of public transport and NCPs. The company provides advise and management options to ensure that assets are profitable and remain in high quality condition. Throughout the past decade, projects and transactions worth are more than £1 billion with more constantly coming in - you will not be short of work Your new role Your new role will be as a Commercial Property Manager. You will be directly looking after a portfolio of commercial properties, offering delivery and operational management. You will be working closely with the companies Asset Managers and also organising the facilities managements for each property within the portfolio. Main responsibilities include; Reporting to client Tenant liaison Day-to-day management of the portfolio Business development Service Charge budgets and reviews What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed at this position, you will be; MRICS or close to finishing your APC Experience as a Commercial Property Manager Service Charge experience Retail portfolio experience (ideal but not essential) Minimum of 3-5 years experience IRPM (ideal but not essential) A team player What you'll get in return In return for the hard work you will put in at this firm, you will receive; An attractive salary depending on experience Pension Private health care Life assurance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Constant training and development All professional fees paid for by the company (RICS, IRPM, etc) An hours lunch break Quarterly company paid for events, dinners or drinks or recently Christmas Markets What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
