Mechanical Project Manager
Overview
South Birmingham based Mechanical Contractor looking to add a Mechanical Project Manager to their team. Your new company My client has over 25 years worth of experience providing their clients with a full design & build package. They specialise in the commercial (CAT A / CAT B fit outs), industrial and retails sectors. Majority of their work comes from repeat business. The team in the south Birmingham office is a relatively small group, including the design and admin teams. Your new role This role will be looking after projects between £10,000 - £2 million in value. You will be in charge of monitoring the costs and development of the projects; you will be liaising with the design team and the client. You will be required to help grow and develop the business by building and maintaining relationships. You will be working on projects within the commercial sector such as; hotels, residential and industrial sectors. What you'll need to succeed HNC/HND level qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building services Experience with working on multiple projects Ideally, you will have experience working on projects up to £2.5 million You will have worked within a contracting environment, however this isn't essential SMSTS / CSCS card What you'll get in return £45,000 - £50,000 25 days holiday Pension Car or Car allowance Phone/Laptop What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
