Senior Technical Writer - Engineering, API, R&D Brilliant opportunity for a Senior Technical Writer to join one of the true success stories of the last 12 months - our platform is powering some of the biggest brands in the world right now. If you're looking for a challenging, varied role where you can write code, build and showcase protoypes, as well as create high-quality documentation, this could be right up your street. As Senior Technical Writer, you will take on many projects; from reading and writing code, reviewing 3rd party technical content, producing critical API documentation and tutorials, to product launch support. You'll also write articles around our software and infrastructure. Essentially you will be the key link between our engineering, product and marketing teams and our customers. You'll join a phenomenal engineering team with expertise across distributed systems, infrastructure and security meaning plenty of opportunity to learn. To successfully take on the role, you will have commercial experience as a Technical Writer, ideally focused on Cloud-based API driven software. You will understand the challenges of keeping up to date documentation with quick-changing code. To fully understand the nature of the technical challenges you'll tackle, it's key you have proficiency in coding with a common language, Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby etc and comfortable with HTML and CSS. You will be to create POCs and prototype lightweight API integrations. Strong communication and confidence is essential as you'll be presenting POCs to customers and at trade-shows whilst working extremely closely with the product and engineering teams. We will be conducting a fully remote interview process, with remote onboarding for commencement of role.
