Are you a data-orientated, Senior Java Developer that likes to solve the complex challenges related to working with data at scale? Then this could be the right Senior Java Developer role for you We are working with a software house that have built a library of end-to-end applications that are widely used in the wealth management industry. Their mission is to offer a range of cloud-based products that can be accessed securely from any device. They are now looking for a Senior Java Developer to join their team based in central London. You will be joining a team that develop cutting-edge data platforms that allow for data to flow through financial systems, APIs, as well as a range of front-end and back office systems like CRMs. Working as part of our delivery team you will work closely with our customers to fully understand their needs, recommending the right products to fit their needs. Once agreed, you will produce the design and help deliver the implementation. To be effective in the role you will need a good understanding of Service Orientated Architectures, microservices and APIs . From a technical POV we are looking for someone who has a good understanding of how to integrate software using Java and SQL . You will have an understanding of how data flows through financial systems, it would be great if this was related to wealth management/asset management but not essential.
