Overview
Project Support Officer Chester £19.69 per hour (Inside IR35) A Project Support Officer is required for our public sector client based in Chester. The successful candidate will be covering the following- • The preparation and delivery of training (remote) initially in O365 including collaboration tools – Teams • The preparation and dissemination of user guides, videos, webinars etc. as required • The provision of 2nd line support to users across both councils • To work alongside technical delivery teams, service managers and customers to ensure effective adoption and change management is undertaken in relation to the deployment of new technologies • To support the organisation in delivering business change projects to fully exploit the new technologies and achieve tangible business benefits
