Commodities / Middle Office Implementation Analyst - project/stakeholder manager My client is a rapidly expanding Financial Services Technology (FinTech) company based in London . They build cutting edge, AI assisted, trade analysis software for their clients which consist of banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and other financial services institutions. Their products are used by these organisations to detect financial crime and enhance business performance based on client’s day to day trading data. These products include: • Best execution analysis Trader performance profiling and enhancement Insider trading and market abuse detection Rogue trader detection Our products are market leading in each category Advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms allow us to perform statistically rigorous analysis on all asset classes in a unique way. We use in house programming languages, optimised for fast and complex analysis of large trade volumes. All our tools have an intuitive user interface (built using in house programming languages) that make it very easy for our clients to access our analysis. Role Description and Purpose A key aspect to this role is to manage ongoing/new relationships with clients, who range from Banks, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and other trading institutions, and successfully onboard them to applicable system. You would be joining a forward thinking and supportive Client Onboarding team and be responsible for: Analysing and interpreting large volumes of client trade data in a controlled and insightful manner Leading large, complex data & analytics projects Be the first point of contact to solve key client issues Providing significant input and working very closely with development teams and other departments within my client to assist with innovation and company/product development Why is this role exciting? Essential Qualifications & Experience Degree-qualified Experience within a similar client-facing "consultant" style position within financial services. Experience of Commodities or Middle office would be a distinct advantage Financial / mathematical qualifications are advantageous (or at least some interest in Trading/Financial markets) Logical and analytical approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Driven and eager to achieve results Able to communicate effectively to key stakeholders at all levels Able to break down complex technical problem into simpler terms
