Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant | Ealing Primary School About the Role A large primary school in Ealing are looking to appoint a Graduate Teaching Assistant to work with children in year 3 and year 4. Your new role Your new role will involve you to work with students in year 3 and year 4 in small groups to increase the student's social and academic ability. You will be working closely with the class teachers to find the students areas of improvement and the plan to target these specifically. You will then carry these plans out either within a small group of SEN children or on a one to one basis What you will need to succeed To be successful in this role you will need to be a graduate in any discipline and have a proven interest in education. It is essential that you have experience working with children and desirable that this is within a mainstream school. It would be beneficial if you had experience of working with SEN children, as this would demonstrate your ability to successfully work through challenging learning difficulties.
