Overview

An opportunity for a Financial Analyst has recently become available at leading business based in Coventry, reporting directly into the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the business. Requirements of the Financial Analyst: You will be responsible for full ownership and management of a variety of financial models including commercial projects, cash flow, funding, cost and budget. Responsible for ensuring accurate financial models are maintained Responsible for the design and build of new financial models Regular liaison with members of the Senior Management Team Preparing financial data & analysis for internal business cases including presentation and delivery of these too key stakeholders As part of Finance team, own month-end management accounting close process; including the preparation of journals, income and cost analysis reports and function analysis for review by the Finance and Payments Manager. Work closely with the Finance team and key operational stakeholders to help explain operating results and analysis Essential Experience of the Financial Analyst: Advanced Excel Excellent attention to detail with strong business acumen The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work to tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and written Ability to work effectively with both internal and external clients To express your interest in this position please apply direct or email your CV to
