Financial Controller
Overview
My client is a private equity backed business who are looking for a Financial Controller on a permanent basis. You will be very hands on in your approach, being a real self starter with a can-do attitude. You will have a positive outlook and will want to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities: Leading the finance team Develop the continuous improvement plans across the finance team Producing monthly financial reports Managing finance projects Engaging with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring finance is understood and translated to non finance colleagues Ensuring best practice across the finance function You will have gained excellent leadership skills across the course of your career and will be used to working in a fast paced, demanding environment where you will have become very used to adhering to tight deadlines.
