Overview

We are the leading M&A firm in the Wealth Management sector. Having doubled in revenue every year since inception, we are now looking for a talented PA/Admin Support to assist one of our Directors to help us in our journey to growing our business. This is the ideal role for a bright and organised professional with experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator or Sales Support Administrator who is looking to join a fast paced, growing company based in the city in London. What your role will be? Your role will be to work closely with one our directors and to support him in the management of his successful deals function. This includes: Organisation of his professional and personal diary, which includes travel arrangements (local and international), Inbox/diary management and query responses. Documentation of calls and meetings. Maintaining and updating the CRM System. Assist with the compilation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. Ensuring that action points of calls are documented and executed. Where appropriate follow up with clients directly or their PA’s. Ensuring the coordination of meetings, documenting said meetings and liaising with various clients to ensure action points of said meetings (and calls), follow ups etc are efficiently executed. This includes putting together documents, emails and presentations for clients. Research and data input will also form part of the role. You will also report to our Ops Director in day to day support of the wider team/ business. Number of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running and maintenance of the processes internally. Is this role right for you? To be successful in the role, you will need to have a strong sense of organisation and ideally have prior sales, project or people coordination skills (e.g. PA, sales support, event/project coordination). You will ideally be comfortable multi-tasking, as you will likely be meeting deadlines, gathering data and generating reports simultaneously. You will need to be adaptable in your communication skills, as you will be in conversation with a variety of people (both internal and external) and will need to tailor language accordingly.
