Talent Acquisition Specialist £35,000 - £40,000 per annum London, West End Our client, the worlds largest private health care group are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. Your role will consist of the full 360 recruitment process from conducting a full brief with the hiring manager up to the negotiating of offers with successful candidates. Responsibilities Ownership of the full recruitment process within defined area Conducting telephone interviews Arranging interviews Completion of offer process Attending career fairs Advertising of vacancies Use of social media Developing attraction campaigns and yearly attraction strategies Proactively sourcing of candidates Develop talent pools for your defined area Conducting assessment events within your defined area Conducting vacancy briefings with hiring managers Regularly meeting with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs Liaising with the International recruiter in relation to pipelining of candidates Working closely with on-site Resourcing Business Partners and the wider HR team Production of weekly reports and quarterly overviews Understanding of your resourcing metrics and the impact they have on the business and stakeholders About you You will have previous in-house recruitment experience ideally within health care. You will have experience working towards targets and KPIS in a fast-paced challenging environment.
