Overview
We are pleased to advertise this exciting new post as an Office Administrator which is highly suited to an ambitious individual who wants to develop their skills within an office environment of a Financial organisation. The post will involve strong attention to detail, accurate inputting of numerical data, general administrative duties and liaison with clients over the telephone. You will also support with diary management and booking in appointments into the Outlook calendar. The salary on offer will be approximately £18k per annum which is negotiable. Role Overview of Office Administrator To support the Financial Team with administrative duties. Prepare documents and correspondence to send out to customers. Chase up any outstanding documentation, scanning and logging onto the system. Answering the telephone and effectively dealing with customer enquiries. Ordering of office supplies and stationary. Support with other administrative duties as required. Experience/Qualifications Experience of working within an administrative role Proven track record of working accurately with attention to detail Good numeracy and literacy skills The ability to be pro-active and think on your feet Willingness to learn new systems Great communication skills both in person and over the telephone Strong IT skills including the use of Word & Excel This is a great administrative role in a well motivated and friendly team environment.
