JOB TITLE : SALES LEDGER ASSISTANT REPORTS TO : SALES LEDGER MANAGER PURPOSE OF ROLE: To reconcile store financial accounts in an accurate and timely manner KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Data Entry All stores must be reconciled each week Preparation of weekly store information Print off weekly trading summary Reconcile store information to general ledger accounts Create manual journals to correct financial exceptions Reconcile cash book entries Validate bank entries to weekly trading reports Amend any bank difference advice notifications Filing Internal Post Ad hoc tasks TO WORK AS A TEAM Colleagues must assist other team members at peak volumes Always be polite to customers and colleagues Be ambassador for the culture of honesty, hard work and good reputation CP2 Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
