Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work in our Customer Contact Centre , offering great customer service and providing a great shopping experience both online and on the phone. As a Customer Support Advisor , you will be answering varied customer queries via phone and email and helping them to reach a resolution. You will be the Evans Cycles expert about the cycling industry and our products, however don’t panic if you aren’t already an expert you will soon become one through our world class training and team support. Working closely with the wider business, you will build and maintain relationships to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, even on those occasions when the customers initial order simply can’t be met Please note; you will need to work one weekend day in this role About you : To be successful in this role, you will: Be Customer focused Have excellent communication skills Be accurate and consistent in your approach to written work Be confident using Microsoft Office Enjoy fast working environments Demonstrable experience of working in a Customer focused position Having a passion for cycling would be beneficial but is not necessary About Us: We’ve come a long way from the local shop in Kennington Road, London in 1921.
