Accounts Assistant Job - Bridgend - Temporary - £9.00 - £12.00 per hour Your new company My retail organisation in Bridgend is looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant to work on a rolling temporary contract due to an influx of work. Your new role Ensure all supplier invoices, staff expense claims are accurately processed Ensure Accounts Payable is reconciled each month Complete routine tasks in a timely and accurate manner such as weekly payment run, filing, and printing of month end reports Ensure Electronic payments are accurately process Client invoicing & revenue reconciliations Follow up debtors Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations on a weekly basis What you'll need to succeed You need experience in a Finance function at accounts assistant level. What you'll get in return You will work full time 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday in a supportive team.
