Newcross Healthcare is seeking Care Assistants to care for adults and children with learning disabilities and complex care needs in their own homes in Chichester, Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas. This role is a chance to make a real difference to people's lives - without your support, they may live a life constrained to specialist units or hospitals. Your duties will vary, including anything from assisting residents with their food and drink, following care plans and getting them involved in social activities. You'll work as part of a small team in the homes of our clients. Could you be our next care-giving champion? You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. We do also accept candidates with experience of caring for a loved one. The right to work in the UK is a must.
